About our warranty
We offer a 3 month warranty for all our jewellery pieces, this is applied automatically to all online orders, you must keep proof of purchase for orders purchased at our pop up stalls. You can add on further cover at an additional cost.
What is covered?
Our warranty covers all jewellery pieces purchased from Lewis & Lowndes and covers the following:
- Manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period (if a gemstone falls out, if a clasp breaks, etc.).
What is NOT covered?
- General wear and tear (scratches, dents, damage from daily life etc.).
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Damage caused by repairs, or alterations made by a third party.
- Lost or stolen goods or parts.
How it works
You must keep your proof of purchase, without this your warranty is invalid. If your item is proven to be defective, under the warranty period, Lowndes's will repair your item. If a repair is not possible your item will be replaced with a like for like piece at no charge - if your piece is no longer available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.
